This Chef's Tasting Menu & Wine Dinner is a one-night-only culinary event where Chef Ryan Mercer joins us and we step away from our regular menu to create something entirely his own — a five-course dinner built from scratch, designed around four exceptional wines. Over the course of an unforgettable evening, you'll be guided through five chef-crafted courses paired with two whites and two reds — each wine hand-selected to complement with the menu in mind. From the first welcome cocktail to the final digestif, every detail of the night has been designed with intention.
