Join Family Yoga sessions at CMON led by an experienced instructor with yoga-inspired games, partner poses, and mindfulness activities.
Join us Wednesdays at 1:15 PM for the relaunch of Family Yoga at Golisano Children's Museum of Naples! Every session will be led by experienced instructor Elaina Vasta of Just Play Kids. We're heading back to where it all began, in the spacious and inspiring Atrium, where imaginations soar, and little yogis can move, play, stretch, and connect through yoga-inspired games, partner poses, mindfulness, and plenty of fun. Family Yoga is perfect for Mommy & Me groups, Homeschool families, Stay-at-home parents, Grandparents' day out, Nannies and caregivers looking for a meaningful activity.
