Experience an immersive meditative sound bath using crystal and Tibetan bowls and gongs for deep relaxation.

Sound baths are a meditative practice involving the use of resonant music. This creates an immersive experience and allows the body to feel deep relaxation. This sound bath will feature crystal and Tibetan bowls, as well as various gongs. Bring your own yoga mat, or relax in one of our provided chairs.
