Family Yoga
About this event
Family Yoga sessions led by an experienced instructor are held at the children's museum on the second Wednesday of each month.
Every session will be led by experienced instructor Elaina Vasta of Just Play Kids. We’re heading back to where it all began, in the spacious and inspiring Atrium, where imaginations soar, and little yogis can move, play, stretch, and connect through yoga-inspired games, partner poses, mindfulness, and plenty of fun. Family Yoga is perfect for Mommy & Me groups, Homeschool families, Stay-at-home parents, Grandparents’ day out, Nannies and caregivers looking for a meaningful activity. Come make new friends, burn some energy, and create memories together through movement, mindfulness, and play.
